Do you require a prescription before purchasing on your site?

How orders are being sent?

What if the package is damaged or something is missing?
In this case you are to contact our support team and notify of the problem. We will either resend the package. See our Delivery Guarantee for more information. Please note that if there are 360 or even more pills in your order, the order will be sent in several packages.
How can I check the status of my order?
After making your purchase you will get an e-mail containing information about the purchase and login details of your customer account area where you can track the status of your order.

When will my credit card be charged?
As soon as you fill in the form at the checkout page and press the "Confirm Order" button, the information is transmitted to our processing centre where it is checked and thus the credit card is charged. As soon as the payment is authorized, your order is approved and processed. You will immediately receive an order confirmation e-mail and another e-mail once your order has been dispatched.

In case of non-delivery of the product we guarantee to return the money.
